Megan L. Patterson

Megan practices in the areas of professional negligence, licensing, board inquires, credentialing and privileging issues, and has advised and represented numerous medical professionals in medical malpractice cases and in front of their respective licensing boards. Megan also represents healthcare companies, staffing companies, nursing homes, and mental healthcare facilities in cases involving claims of negligent hiring, negligent retention, negligent credentialing, as well as professional negligence, negligence, and HIPAA breaches. Megan graduated, with honors, from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law where she served as an Editor of the Southern Legal History Journal and a member of Mercer’s Law Review.

Prior to joining the firm, Megan represented clients in an assortment of cases including catastrophic injury, contract disputes, insurance coverage, premises liability, product liability, trucking litigation, and wrongful death.
