- Defense verdict on behalf of orthopedic surgeon in Gwinnett County, where Plaintiff sought in excess of $9,000,000 in damages.
- Defense verdict on behalf of OB/Gyn and her practice in Dekalb County, Georgia in a birth injury case involving shoulder dystocia and brachial plexus injury, with alleged permanent and total disability.
- Defense verdict on behalf of radiologist in Douglas County, Georgia in case alleging over $23 million in damages resulting from alleged mis-management and mis-diagnosis of breast cancer.

Jeff was born and raised in Atlanta and has deep roots in the Georgia legal and law enforcement community. As a result, he is frequently called upon by out of state clients and counsel to assist in disputes here in Georgia and in the Atlanta area in particular. He handles product liability matters, including product exposure cases, commercial disputes, construction matters, class actions, and insurance coverage disputes, among others.
Jeff lives in the Oak Grove area of Atlanta. He and his wife and 3 children are members of Oak Grove United Methodist Church, where he has also served on the Finance Committee, Lay Ministry, and the Board of the Oak Grove Young Children's School.
